Business automation & integrations

Automation & integrations.
Less copying. More doing.

Connect the systems you already use and give repetitive work a clearer path—from the first incoming request to the person who needs to act.

Founder-led in Alpharetta. Working nationwide.

Find the work hiding between your tools.

An email arrives. Someone reads it, downloads the attachment, copies details into a spreadsheet, creates a task, and tells another person to follow up. Each tool might work well on its own, but the handoffs still take time.

We map those handoffs and build connections where they make practical sense. The goal is a workflow your team can understand, inspect, and maintain.

  • Connect customer intake to records, assignments, and notifications.
  • Move data between business tools through supported APIs.
  • Extract proposed information from emails, images, or documents for review.
  • Reduce duplicate entry between an existing application and a new tool.

Design for exceptions as well as the happy path.

Before implementation, we check which systems provide access, what data can be moved, how identities and permissions work, and which system owns each record. Rate limits, duplicates, expired access, and failed requests all affect the design.

For an AI-assisted step, we define what the model proposes, what a person needs to review, and what happens when the result is incomplete. For deterministic steps, ordinary rules may be the clearer choice.

A useful pattern from Punch List.

Punch List turns forwarded emails and photographed notes into household tasks. Its story connects incoming information with dates, priorities, and a shared place to act. The scanning workflow lets people review proposed tasks before adding them.

A business workflow may use a similar pattern for service requests, documents, or follow-ups. That would be a separate implementation, with permissions, review steps, and integration requirements appropriate to the business.

One workflow is a good place to start.

A focused engagement can cover discovery, the integration or application work, validation with representative examples, and release. We agree how failed items will be surfaced and who will own the connection after launch.

Build projects start at $10,000. Discovery-only advice and ongoing support are scoped separately. If an existing product or automation service meets the need, we can help evaluate it before recommending custom development.

Before we connect the pieces.

Can every tool be integrated?

No. Feasibility depends on the access each system supports, account permissions, provider terms, and the workflow itself. We investigate those constraints before setting the scope.

Does automation need AI?

Not always. Fixed rules are often appropriate for predictable data. AI can help interpret less structured material, with review where mistakes would matter.

What happens if a provider changes its API?

Third-party changes can require maintenance. We discuss monitoring, ownership, and an ongoing support arrangement so the responsibility is clear.
